Preparation time: 40 minutes (serves 4)

Ingredients:
4 pork loin chops (approx. 1 kg)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
150 ml cooking cream
100 g grated cheddar cheese
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh parsley for garnish

Method:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and grill the chops until golden and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes each side). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté briefly.
Add the cooking cream and grated cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
Return the chops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce and cooking for another 2 minutes.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Serve with white rice, mashed potatoes, or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
