Ingredients:
150 g all-purpose flour
100 g sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
100 ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk
100 g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs with oil and milk.
Combine wet ingredients with dry and stir until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips gently.
Pour batter into muffin cups, filling up to two-thirds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before removing from molds and serving.
