Gullón gluten-free whole grain rice cakes  
Peanut butter: approximately 4 tablespoons (adjust to your taste)  
1 large banana or 2 small ones  
Chia seeds  

Preparation method:
1. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.  
2. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on each rice cake.  
3. Place the banana slices on top of the peanut butter.  
4. Sprinkle some chia seeds over them.
